Almost Home NC Inspection Services LLC is starting 2015 with an expansion to our company. Palmer McCall has joined us as a licensed North Carolina Home Inspector, License #3462. With his strong ethics and years of customer service, Palmer will be an asset to our company and our clients.

Palmer will primarily focus on serving clients in western NC. Based in McDowell County, Palmer anticipates building a client base in McDowell, Buncombe, Yancey, Mitchell, Avery, Watauga, Caldwell, Burke and Rutherford counties.

In May 2015 we are glad to welcome another home inspector to our team. Chris Nanney, License #3524, is also based in western NC. He brings ten years of experience working with industrial production machinery and installation of industrial electrical systems, as well has having operated his own restoration company for five years. His background lends itself well to the assessment of home systems and structures.

Joseph Gilbert, License #3590, joined us in November 2015. Joe has experience with auto mechanics, industrial equipment and several years of customer service in high-intensity environments. Trained through AHIT, Joe has superior computer skills, and is well-equipped to present your reports for multiple services comprehensively.

We encourage your presence during your inspection so that your inspector can familiarize you with the structure and systems of the home, explaining them to you as you move through the house. Findings will be carefully detailed in the report, which will be delivered to you promptly, normally within 48 hours of the inspection.
